S. 3424 "Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act of 2025"

This bill was written after finding that bankruptcy trustees have received $60 per case since 1994, with no increase. Adjusted to inflation $60 in 1994 is estimated to be $125 today. This act would increase the compensation for trustees to $120 per case. Bankruptcy quarterly fees would also be altered to every 10 years rather than every 5 years.
