"Stopping Wall Street from Competing With Main Street Homebuyers"

President Trump signed this order after finding that Wall Street investors have purchased a number of single-family homes making it harder for families to become homeowners. Within 60 days it will be prohibited for the federal government to assist large investors from acquiring single-family homes through transfers of Federal assets or promoting sales.
